Terms of Service

(1) These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between McQueen Creatives, Mio McQueen, Ingeborg-Drewitz-Allee 22, 79111 Freiburg, Germany (hereinafter "Provider") and the user regarding the use of the "Locy" platform (website and mobile application). (2) Deviating terms of the user only become part of the contract if the Provider has expressly agreed to them in writing. (3) These Terms apply to both consumers and businesses.

(1) The Provider offers the user an AI-powered platform for discovering places, restaurants, cafés, and other locations. (2) Basic features are free. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid premium features. (3) The Provider is entitled to modify or restrict the service at any time.

(1) Full use requires registration. The user must provide truthful information. (2) The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. (3) The Provider reserves the right to block user accounts for violations of these Terms.

The user agrees not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include: • Illegal or defamatory content • Use for illegal purposes • Automated access or scraping • Introducing malware • Impersonating false identities • Violating third-party rights

(1) All rights to the platform belong to the Provider or its licensors. (2) The user is granted a simple, non-transferable right of use. (3) Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

(1) The Provider is fully liable for damages from injury to life, body, or health, and for intentionally caused damages. (2) For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations. (3) The Provider is not liable for: • Accuracy of displayed location information • Third-party content or linked websites • Platform outages • AI-generated recommendations (4) Use is at your own risk.

(1) The platform is provided "as is". No guarantee of availability or freedom from errors is given. (2) The Provider does not guarantee specific results.

(1) The user may delete their account at any time. (2) The Provider may terminate the usage relationship with 14 days notice. (3) The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. (2) Place of jurisdiction is, where permissible, Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany. (3) Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected (severability clause).
